*baby cameo* I don't think this was a bad first attempt, head may be a little forward. I am please with it, all things considered. What do you think...I am just beginning here, so all kinds of critique is welcomed....

This is really lovely. Nice work!
I'm no expert so I can only say that I think you did a great job with the shading, bringing out the contours of the face. I'm not sure what further techniques you could have used to make this better. An excellent piece!
